Returns & refunds

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions; returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Items that can't be returned

• Used, installed or modified products
• Opened sanitation products, such as portable toilets and waste-tank chemicals
• Special-order or freight items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you and issue a refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Warranty claims

Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we will help you start a warranty claim with the brand.
