Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Canada may be available for some items; contact us before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Products ship directly from our distribution partners' US warehouses, so items in a single order may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Large or heavy items, such as some fridges and freight-shipped products, can take longer. You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items and delivery address.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, let us know and we will follow up with the carrier.
